Meet Amanda
There are many parts of your identity that show up in different areas of your life. Some
developed in childhood to protect you, but no longer serve who you are today. Others you may have hidden away that are ready to be seen and embraced. These parts can shape emotions, relationships, and decision-making in ways you may not fully recognize.
My work focuses onhelping you reconnect with your core self – the part that is authentically you. Together, we will identify the patterns holding you back, nurture the parts that need support, and strengthen theinner voice that leads you toward a more fulfilling life.
I believe healing happens in a safe and trusting relationship. In our sessions, you will have space to be fully seen and understood without pressure or judgment. My role is to walk alongside you, offering support, curiosity, and encouragement. Whether you are navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, self-worth issues, or life transitions, I can help you gain insight into the internal dynamics driving your experiences. Together, we will create space for healing and help you move toward a more empowered version of yourself.
